One strategy for finding and staying with that feeling of happiness and joy is to be able to negotiate any challenges that come our way. If we can shift our perception to this kind of thinking then we position ourselves to be able to pivot, shift and transform our reality to a more harmonious and joyful state.

My creations are hand drawn. I use primarily black ink, alcohol markers, colored pencils and graphite. My inspiration comes from the letting-go of internal and external expectations and the flow state of just being in the present moment; that place where time ceases to exist and we are free from all that defines us.
Creativity has always been a part of my life. We are all connected. Connection and connectivity are themes present throughout most of my visual art. I believe connection is at the heart of creation.
